Spotlight: Justified strong market support when scoring by 12l on her debut for this yard at Bellewstown (20.5f, good) in July; raised 16lb and well beaten at Galway in August on sole start since; may be on a tough mark for now.
Spotlight: Last won off 20lb lower at Listowel in September 2024; fine efforts in defeat both starts this season and his latest second came in a much deeper race than this at Naas (2m4f, sft-hvy); should be in the mix again off 4lb higher.
Spotlight: Good ground bumper winner; fair efforts in maiden hurdles at 2m-2m4f and looks to be on a fair mark for his handicap debut; could go well in first-time cheekpieces.
Spotlight: Won this last year off just 2lb lower; okay efforts in defeat at Punchestown and Thurles this term and this has likely been the plan; considered in new headgear combination.
Spotlight: Dual-purpose; bumper winner is 0-10 over hurdles but has run well in defeat at times in maidens; solid run on the Flat on latest but would probably prefer softer ground than this.
Spotlight: 0-5 over timber but he has run well in defeat, including when beaten 5l into second of 12 on handicap debut at Thurles last month (2m4f, yld-sft); big player again off 1lb higher for yard that won this in 2023.
Spotlight: Killarney maiden hurdle winner in May (2m4f, yielding); improved from modest handicap debut when a 9.75l third of 14 at Wexford in October but Darragh O'Keefe prefers the chances of Lambay Island.
Spotlight: Close third in this race last year off 99; won off 101 at Galway in August and added a Punchestown handicap chase in October; heavy ground an excuse when well beaten in a handicap chase at Cheltenham latest; could bounce back.
Spotlight: Smart chaser finished last season tamely and never looked like exploiting his much lower hurdling mark on his seasonal return at Galway; may come on for that but others appeal more.
Spotlight: Hold up sort bounced back to form with a 4l win off 6lb lower at Thurles last month (2m4f, yld-sft); more on her plate now upped in grade and she was beaten 11.5l in this last year off 7lb lower.
Spotlight: Listed bumper winner at Gowran last year (2m, good); decent efforts in maidens at 2m-2m4f and ground may have been too soft for her on handicap debut at Punchestown last month; capable of better and not discounted.
Spotlight: 3-21 over hurdles and went close on last start in this sphere at Cork in August (18.5f, good) off 2lb lower; okay efforts in defeat in chases last three starts and not discounted on return to hurdling.
Spotlight: Maiden was sent off the 5-1 favourite for this race last year and was beaten 9l into fifth; pulled up on sole start since at Cork last month; questions to answer for now.
Spotlight: Beaten similar distances in a trio of maidens at 2m-2m4f; potential improver on handicap debut and worth a market check.
Spotlight: Point-to-point winner showed promise in a couple of maiden hurdles; first two handicap efforts were poor but testing ground may not have suited; underfoot conditions more suitable here and he could go well at a price.
Spotlight: Handicap debutant is 0-6 over hurdles but he has shown ability on more than one occasion; best efforts have come at around 2m-2m1f though, so probably best watched.
Spotlight: Six-time winner is 3-32 over hurdles; last scored in this sphere at Cork in March 2024 off 5lb lower; beaten 7l when runner up at Navan on latest (2m4f, sft-hvy) off 2lb lower; more needed off this mark and yet to win going left-handed.
Spotlight: In fine form since joining this yard and has won three of his last five, all at Sligo at 2m4f-25.5f on good and good to yielding ground; raised 8lb for his latest success in October and easier ground to contend with here; career best needed.
Spotlight: Three-time Flat winner in Germany (rated 90) makes his handicap debut after three modest efforts in maiden hurdles; could improve so is worth a market check.
Spotlight: Gained second handicap win off 7lb lower at Cork (2m, yielding) early last month; well beaten off revised mark at Punchestown last time (2m1f, sft-hvy) and a bit to prove after that.
Spotlight: On a long losing run and remains 3lb above that last success in December 2023; decent runs in defeat both starts this term but needs more to get his head back in front.
Spotlight: Chase winner is 0-6 over hurdles but he has run well in defeat; disappointing when pulled up in a Thurles handicap chase on latest and blinkers replace usual cheekpieces for return to hurdling; others make more appeal.
Spotlight: Solid effort when a 1.25l second in a Wexford maiden hurdle in October (16.5f, yielding); tailed off on handicap debut when upped to 2m5f at Tramore latest; can only be watched after that.
Spotlight: Won off 3lb lower at Galway in October (2m6f, yielding) but has struggled off his revised mark twice since; first-time cheekpieces need to spark a revival.
Spotlight: Bumper and Sligo handicap hurdle winner off 1lb lower for Peter Fahey in July 2024; only seen twice since and was pulled up on debut for this stable at Punchestown last month; cheekpieces now tried.
Spotlight: 2-12 over timber; has been chasing recently to no avail and rider reported she stopped quickly when pulled up at Thurles last time; likely best watched now reverting to hurdling.

A minefield. Jolie Jewel won well last time out but was well beaten in this last year off a lower mark. Last year's winner Giant Haystacks has likely been aimed at this and is respected but Henry De Bromhead's LAMBAY ISLAND shaped promisingly on his handicap debut at Thurles last time and he may be able to shed the maiden tag. Aruntothequeen, The Nagger Reidy and the handicap debutant Coyote Spirit are others worthy of consideration in a wide-open race. [Dave Stephens] Show less
